The hose-end sprayer connects directly to your hose.
The only piece of equipment you’ll need is a hose long enough to reach the areas you want to fertilize.
Spray the nutrients evenly across your lawn until the pouch is empty. It's better to move faster and have some fertilizer leftover than to run out before covering your entire lawn. The process should take about 10-15 minutes.
You can get back to enjoying your lawn once the fertilizer dries.
Save any leftover, you can use it for another application after 2 weeks.

As a test, I sprayed one half of my lawn with the summer fertilizer and the other side with the fall. Visually, they look the same. They grew about the same.
It took a few weeks to green the Up. I’m not overly impressed with how green the lawn went. It did look better after a few weeks but did not go a deep as green as other products I’ve used previously.
